WELL MET TYPE — FONT LICENCE 1.2 Individual typefaces and related styles / 1 October 2026 This licence applies to font software supplied with a valid Well Met Type purchase. The licensor is the font publisher identified on the purchase receipt, trading as Well Met Type. The licensee is the purchaser or the organisation named on that receipt. Keep the receipt with this document. 1. GRANT On payment, the licensee receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased font styles for personal and commercial work. The selected tier covers one individual or one organisation: Standard permits one named user; Studio permits up to five; Company permits up to twenty-five. The tier, typeface and included styles must be stated on the purchase receipt. Contractors count towards that allowance while they have access to the files. All tiers include the uses below. No subscription is required. 2. PERMITTED USE Install the TTF files on devices used by the licensed people. Make logos, print, packaging, signage, merchandise, videos, advertisements and social content, with no limit on finished copies or impressions. You may outline or rasterise lettering and modify that finished artwork. Use the WOFF2 files on websites owned by the licensee. Embed the fonts in the licensee's apps, eBooks and fixed documents with reasonable measures to prevent extraction for unrelated use. Unlimited website traffic and finished products are included. Use subsetted webfiles where practical. Client work is allowed. A client may use finished outlined or rasterised artwork without another font licence. Clients who install, edit with, or host the font files need their own licence. Transfer finished artwork; do not transfer the font files as part of editable source templates. 3. RESTRICTIONS Do not resell, give away, sublicense or publish the font files, whether unchanged, renamed, converted or modified. Do not place them in a public repository. Do not sell editable templates containing the fonts, or offer a service that lets third parties create arbitrary designs with the font software, without a separate written licence. Subsetting and format conversion solely for licensed deployment are permitted. Do not remove the font's ownership notices. A licence to fonts is not a trademark right or an exclusive right to letterforms or names. 4. PRACTICAL USE These are Latin fonts with individual size recommendations. Only the typeface and styles listed on the receipt are licensed. The character list and specimen describe the supplied coverage. Available styles are stated on each product page. These releases are static fonts, without variable axes. Use the recommended sizes in the included README. They are not represented as supporting every script or every application. You may retain backup copies. If a contractor stops being licensed, remove the font files from their devices and any access they no longer require. 5. SUPPORT AND RIGHTS Report a defect through the support contact shown on your purchase receipt, including the font name, version, application and an example. If a defect is confirmed, the publisher will offer an appropriate correction or remedy. Nothing in this licence excludes or reduces mandatory consumer rights or remedies. Checkout terms must explain delivery, taxes, cancellation and any request for immediate delivery before the customer pays. 6. TERMINATION A material breach may end this licence after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. On termination, cease use and remove the font files. Lawfully produced finished artwork can remain in use. Copyright 2026 Well Met Type. All rights reserved.
