This website has no newsletter form or analytics script. Text you enter in the type testers and layer preview is processed in your browser and is not submitted to Well Met Type. Catalogue searches and preview controls also work in your browser.

Your browser still requests the pages, images and font assets needed to display the site. Hosting providers may process standard connection logs, such as an IP address, requested resource and request time, to serve and operate the website. The absence of an analytics script does not mean that no connection information is processed.

Continue to checkout takes you to Payhip, with your selected product and licence option. Payment is processed through PayPal. Payment details are entered with the checkout and payment services, not in a payment form on this website.

Payhip processes information needed for the order and download and makes purchase information available to the seller. PayPal processes information for the payment. These services have their own privacy and cookie practices, including information about their processing, retention and your choices.

Support is available through the Well Met Type contact page on Payhip or the support contact on your purchase receipt. Your message may include your contact details, order reference, software information and examples you choose to send. Those details are used to locate the purchase, answer the question and investigate the issue.

Send only the material needed to explain the problem. Remove private client information from screenshots and examples. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or security codes. The external service you use to send a support message also processes that message under its own policies.

For a question or request about order or support information handled by Well Met Type, use the store contact page and identify the relevant purchase or correspondence. For information held by Payhip or PayPal, use the contact and privacy-request options in their policies.
